Renfrewshire care home residents delighted by visit of special alpaca guests

Residents and staff at Elderslie care home in Renfrewshire had a delightful surprise recently when they received a visit from two charming and fluffy alpacas.Originating from Peru, alpacas are known for their soft fur and they certainly left an impression during their guided tour around the home.

Jacqueline Minghella, the wellbeing coordinator at the home, expressed her pleasure at witnessing the joy on the faces of every resident during the encounter. “What a memorable experience was had by all!,” she remarked.
