Her father now parents to be able to see any messages or videos a child may have seen on social media before they died. More on this story: Absolutely heartbreaking and absolutely shocking the school have had three pupils take their own life since 2017. When it comes to Safeguarding, why isn't bullying given as much a priority? I thought we were trying to make the internet platforms collect less data about our children, not more? How about the thousands of children that suicided due to your lies past couple of years. Every last on of you will be held accountable for.

Bereaved father wants access to child's social mediaMariano Janin believes daughter Mia saw bullying messages the night before she killed herself. Access to the child’s social media needs to be immediately handed over to the Police because it is in the Public Interest. If legal proceedings need taken on behalf of the child, then the parents as Legal Guardians need to be made aware of any criminal message sent to their child My heart goes out to the family. The police need to have access so they can identify the bullies who should be held to account for their actions. Too many bullies hide behind anonymous profiles - the police need the tools to identify who these people are and other victims
