Rebecca Adlington has returned home to her children after she was released from hospital following a devastating miscarriage.
In the post, which had been published on Saturday 27 August, Rebecca could be seen in hospital with an IV line visible in her hand. She said: "On Tuesday me and Andy went to hospital for our 12 week scan only to discover we’ve had a miscarriage which resulted in emergency surgery.
