United's minority owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, is leading the hunt for a new boss, and Ferdinand offered the billionaire some advice on his Vibe with FIVE podcast this week. Ferdinand, who made 455 appearances for United, also recommended that the club appoint a senior figure to oversee operations and alleviate some of the non-footballing responsibilities from the head coach, reports the Mirror.
