Rangers legend's health update ahead of fight at Hydro

The 45-year-old announced last week that he is set to take on TikToker Caz Milligan in a fight at Glasgow's Hydro.But since having emergency surgery and a pacemaker fitted, Nacho reassured fans that his heart is 'strong' and 'brand-new' ahead of the fight.
