Rangers honoured by council to celebrate 150th anniversary and 'unrecognised' charity work

RANGERS Football Club has been honoured with a Civic Reception to mark their 150th anniversary and celebrate their"unrecognised" charity work.

The club received the reception from Glasgow's Lord Provost Jacqueline McLaren at the City Chambers last night in recognition of their contribution to the city for the past 150 years.both past and present attended the event, including manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst and former footballer John Greig.

So ripping off HMRC is charity work?

Surely that is breaking the law as Rangers went bust and this New Rangers company is not 150 years old or was the change of name just a tax dodging scam
