Yep. These movie makers don't realize that the killing and mayhem does not necessarily make the movie better. It just proves that they lack a good story line. Hollywood needs better writers

I don't know what caused this, but look at to this cool franchises; matrix, terminator, and now rembo.. All of their new part is downgraded and cheap ones.. That's just sad..

I went to see it yesterday as a reaction to these garbage reviews. Apart from some of the bad acting at the beginning, it was a great action film and a great send off for John Rambo.

As a fan of the Rambo films I watched it and enjoyed it. I agree that it was lazy scriptwriting though. Perhaps the best part of the film was the montage at the end of stills from the earlier films.
