BBCNews : Could be a bring me down to earth moment for the lovely and talented Emma Raducanu and their are more hungry players waiting for as the world 100 ranked player proved to her in a two sets win! Her confidence returns and wins before Wimbledon! 🎾🏆
Its sad that there is so much hate. She lost a match... Let me know which Tennis legend hasn't lost a match unexpectedly? She's a Grand Slam winner whilst most people denigrating her probably have never been close the top of that they do in the world at any point in their lives.
Now she’s acting like a true British tennis player -phew !
The pressure must have been immense considering how this teenager has been glorified and pushed by the media.
She should have kept her coach shame
support this please
The bubble bursts so soon.
Was always going to happen after the highs and celebrity roller coaster 🎢 shes been on ,now time to forget all that and get back to training
Oh dear...🤣
Losing matches is a reality of the game and at this early stage in Emma's career its an important emotion to deal with and learn from. A small setback on her road to the top.
Raducanu said'I think Aliaksandra played great match She was better than me today so she deserves to win'I'm glad that what happened today happened so I can learn& take it as a lesson.I didn't go in there putting any pressure on myself because in my mind I'm so inexperienced
It will happen she cant win every match she plays shes moved up a level now is the time to improve her game and gain dome experiences move on to the next one. So proud of her stepping onto the big stage with such confidence love it
She Canadian now?
Is she going to change her coach?
I like to play tennis I just think I can't play now I'm too old to train😂😂😂
Hopefully it will bring her right back down to Earth. On tv all the time must have limited her practice sessions. Plus the fact that she sacked her coach that helped her win the U.S. open as she didn't think he was big enough to take her through the next step of her career.
'Serves' her right. Why rid a coatl who's taken you 10 straight wins and a grand slam?
