Connorsherry3 2nd vaccination should be booked at the same time as the 1st, you should therefore know when your 2nd vaccination is & if it is within the manufacturer's guidance

You can Lockdown, but eventually if no-one Works, everything would grind to a halt, the Economy would be ruined, tens of Millions would be Jobless. And all essential Services, from Bins being emptied, to the NHS and everything in-between would run out of Money and stop for good.
The main issue is. Those in-power have no idea what real life is like. Raab, Mogg and Johnson are worth so much, by inheritance. They could probably get away with never Working a Day in their lives. Then get angry when Workers need better pay and need an in-come to survive.
I respect the need to deal with Covid as best as we can... The Economy is ruined, not enough Money went the NHS and Research anyway...it's only gotten worse since Lockdown started. Millions of People on Benefits and Furlough are struggling to survive. When is enough, enough...

It's alright the PM's dad got his 2 jabs so who cares about the rest of the country. DominicRaab the makers of the vaccine said that 12 weeks is too long to be going between jabs so how do you justify extending the 12 weeks? the Conservatives absolutely ballsing up again.

So in effect, we could get the 1st dose, then wait 3 months instead of 2 weeks for 2nd dose, all whilst still being able to catch Covid as you wait. Only to be told after 3 months, no 2nd dose, making the the whole thing pointless. Right!

riversampler The key phrase is 'within 12 weeks'.... If the aim is to give as many first jabs as possible, and there's no evidence a delayed 2nd jab is detrimental , its a none story.

As new covid variants emerge, vaccines may have to be modified. Will my second jab be a second dose of the original or the first dose of a more relevant vaccine. There is nothing in Covid that’s simple good Vs bad. Just least worst x 1000 issues.
