Her title is Queen. They’ve been calling her Queen Consort to differentiate from Queen Elizabeth II, who held the title of Queen for so long. Yes, she’s Consort & not Regent, but still Queen. Also, historically Consorts were called Queen not Queen Consort.

It was quite clearly laid out in 2005 by the Palace how far any titles would go. She was to be known as ‘Princess Consort’ *not* ‘Queen Camilla’ - that would be in keeping with such as Prince Albert. She has no royal lineage & is just ‘Mrs Parker-Bowles’.
