JD Wetherspoon boss says move would be psychological boost for struggling sector

Opening beer gardens before the end of the month would give struggling pubs a psychological boost but most would still lose money, JD Wetherspoon’s founder, Tim Martin, has said.

What good are pubs - inside or out - if the toilets are to stay closed? Absolutely crazy.

They should bloody well be open from this weekend! If 'protesters' can be running a muck with no concern for social distance, people can enjoy a pub lunch in the summer sun.
