Prince William has praised his wife Kate Middleton's dedication to helping young children. He spoke at a conference aimed at ending homelessness, which happened just after a video showed the Princess of Wales out in Windsor, looking well after her surgery.

In Sheffield, Prince William, who is 41, took a selfie with someone and praised a man who used to be homeless but has changed his life. Later, in the Millennium Gallery's conference space, Prince William met with the coalition and heard from project worker Chris Lynam, 41. Chris shared his story of how he turned his life around after being homeless and then going to jail seven years ago. The prince also wanted to know more about family homelessness in Sheffield and the impact of drug addiction on rough sleeping. He discussed the importance of early intervention and asked Chris to share moments when people had helped him during his difficult times.
