Prince Harry has now departed the UK and jetted to Nigeria following a brief two-day stay in London. The Duke of Sussex visited his home country to attend an Invictus Game ceremony at St Paul's Cathedral.
Harry was reportedly reunited with wife Meghan Markle, 42, in London before the pair jetted to Nigeria, landing on 10 May. The Sussexes are undertaking a three-day visit to Africa. Hours after it was confirmed Charles and Harry would not be meeting, the Palace declared that Prince William would receive the title of Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps - an accolade many believed would go to Harry, who served with the corps in Afghanistan.
"King Charles' announcement that Prince Harry is being stripped of his role as Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps is a real kick in the teeth for the son who always felt marginalised and underrated. What makes it much worse is that the role is being given to the very man who Harry sees as the cause of so many of his problems his brother," Tom told the Mirror.
