PRINCE Andrew High School is looking to change its name after furious parents and ex-students have called staff to cut ties with the royal over the Epstein scandal.
This week, the headmaster of the Prince Andrew High School in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is hosting a meeting to discuss changing its name as locals have complained.: "There are people... who believe that no longer reflects the values of the community. Prince Andrew says he doesn’t regret friendship with paedo Jeffrey Epstein as he met ‘useful’ people through himBut he has been widely criticised for failing to show remorse for his friendship with Epstein or empathy for the paedo's victims.Lakefield College School, a private school in Canada which Andrew attended for six months as a teenager, have ended his role as honorary chairman of its foundation.
In response to the BBC interview, a Buckingham Palace spokesman said the Duke "unequivocally regrets his ill-judged association with Jeffrey Epstein" and "deeply sympathises with those affected who want some form of closure."Andrew denied ever meeting Virginia and claimed he was at a Pizza Express in Woking on the night he was said to have done so.
