Brazil's president says the country cannot stop AmazonFires as he backtracks on claims the blazes were started by NGOs

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has backtracked on claims the Amazon forest blazes were started by NGOs. In a live Facebook video Thursday, Bolsonaro said the government lacks the resources to fight the wildfires. Brazilian farmers and loggers' 'queimada', the slash-and-burn season, is being blamed for rampant blazes.
