I believe this. I've been gluten free for a bit over 3 years and I can play runs that I was never able to play before on only 5x practicing, after years of not playing, preceded by lots of practice.

I am glad to see someone acknowledging the lie of practice makes perfect. Many children's gifts go unnoticed because they are not often encouraged explore their strengths. For children with learning disabilities exploring is essential.
