well British tourism died back in the late 70s, and 80s even early 90s when the wall fell, when it became quite affordable to go somewhere Mediterranean after the sun and sandy beaches then to stay home and try to swim in the cold seas and 16-20c max weather.

Listen, staycations will be driven by people not prepared to spent due to brexit. Tourism here will be due to the weak pound- hence food prices will soar. You really are thick!
