Residents of a plush housing estate in Jackton are being urged to be vigilant after three people were spotted acting suspiciously in the area.

Sergeant Scott Anderson, of East Kilbride Police, said: "Between 2am and 3am on April 17 on Callaghan Crescent, East Kilbride, two males were observed acting in a suspicious manner and running away after a car alarm was activated.
