Campaigners say people risk no action being taken if they refuse ‘digital strip search’

Police and Crown Prosecution Service requests to download the contents of victims’ mobile phones amount to a “digital strip search” and are unlawful, according to a coalition of 10 civil liberties organisations.

Unless of course they are making a false accusation, in which case they are not a ‘victim’

I like to seem them try and get a warrant on the 'victim's' phone with a judge. That dog don't hunt.
