An air ambulance on the island at the Old Park Roundabout
Several West Mercia Police squads closed the Old Park Roundabout, on West Centre Way between Lawley and Telford town centre, at about 8pm on Tuesday. Police laid out traffic cones and were turning away traffic approaching the roundabout. A helicopter was then seen to land on the island and air ambulance personnel exited.
