Police car en-route to earlier crash collides with another vehicle

A police car responding to a crash in Nottinghamshire is involved in an accident itself.

Police said the car was heading to a crash on London Road, Newark on Trent shortly after 10:00 GMT when the patrol car collided with another vehicle.The female driver of the other vehicle needed hospital care but was not critically injured, police said.

The amount of times i have seen videos about police car crashes this week alone is scary...just this week i have heard of 4 police cars crashing at junctions etc but its just a coincidence! nothing to do with the fact most think they're Vin Diesel when they put lights on.

The speed that you see police cars driving through the streets with, blue lights and sirens on, is often scary. What ever they are heading to must be multi life threatening. You don’t see ambulances heading away from hospitals or firefighters creating that much risk.

Again notts police make a mistake but I bet they get away with it bout time all East Midlands police forces was investigated and not just for car crashes go though all departments why do we council tax towards them and they mess up on lots of issues
