If there is no legitimate reason why it’s not published, and the government doesn’t publish, then the logical assumption is that government is at fault for withholding publication either due to incompetence or being wilfully obstructive.

GoreNielsen Good he should publish it. Russia's interference in their election is what caused the Brexit outcome. They really don't want to leave the European Union. If they did they would of agreed on an exit strategy by now. Strictly my own opinion for those who may not agree.
