Rishi Sunak hit back at Gary Neville following his comments about the treatment of NHS workers in the UK.
“If you look at our track record and my track record, as chancellor, I’ve always done everything I can to support our NHS and indeed, the wonderful people who work in it. “That is something we can never, ever accept that in this region or in any region – and it is just worth mentioning we’ve got a current government in our country who are demonising rail workers, ambulance workers and – terrifyingly – nurses.”
The Prime Minister’s official spokesman said: “It is clearly not a legitimate or appropriate comparison in any way.”
Maybe the government should set a Go Fund Me page up so all those who think handing out 19% pay rises is acceptable can contribute directly!!

Why has Neville still got a job at Sky? They were quick to sack Andy Grey, Richard Keys and Rodney Marsh for their indiscretions, but it would seem that a party political broadcast on behalf of the Labour Party suits their agenda.
They wanted the pundits to highlight human rights out in Qatar but didn't want to expose our own. During Covid they wanted us to clap for the NHS while workers reused PPE. Then tax those 'key workers' to cover the furlough scheme. They need to be brought to account
