Ex-Brit special forces officer who helped secure Joe Biden's '10% stake in dirty China deal' is pictured for the first time

James Gilliar wrote a now-infamous email to Hunter Biden in 2017 suggesting dad Joe would own a tenth of the interest in a deal with Chinese oil firm, CEFC. According to new book, Laptop from Hell, Gilliar is a former British special air services officer who had urged CEFC boss Ye Jianming to link up with the Bidens. Little is known about Hunter's shadowy business partner but DailyMail.
