A physical therapist has denied tying a towel around the throat of a three year-old toddler and raping her.
Tristan Tiarks, 33, pleaded not guilty to rape, aggravated assault and domestic battering at a court hearing in Bentonville, Arkansas, Monday. He is accused of attacking the youngster in January, with police called after the child was admitted to a local hospital with injuries consistent with a sexual assault.
