to protest against the shooting by police of Walter Wallace, a 27-year-old black man who officers said had a knife.

Seen the footage. The man shot did have a knife. He was warned more than once to drop it, but continued to approach the officers who were justified in shooting him.

Sounds terrible. Though when the facts come out they are rarely as initially reported. Just glad we don’t get violence in Europe after the likes of the Charly Hebdo attack or the Paty murder.
