Turns out the headline was wrong, who’d have thought it eh? I've had a heat pump for 7 years and whilst it's not perfect, 99% of the time it works well. If the gov forced new home builders to insulate new properties properly a heat pump would work brilliantly, however I do not think they are the answer for older properties.
