Born in Spain on December 28, 2000, during Pep's tenure as Barcelona's captain, she's a true football aficionado at heart. Speaking to BBC 5 Live, he recounted the chilling moment: "When the attack happened, I was at home with my son, and my wife and daughters were there - they were at the arena."
Reflecting on the incident, Pep acknowledged their fortune amidst the tragedy: "At the end we were lucky. Many people suffered, and we were lucky. Life is like this. We were in a better position than many unfortunate ones." Maria made headlines back in 2021 when she was caught in a steamy embrace with then Spurs midfielder Dele Alli at a rooftop bar.
