People known and loved in Rossendale whose deaths have been announced

Announcing the death of a family member is a time-honoured tradition for family and loved ones - and we have gathered the messages posted this week in one place.

She also enjoyed travelling with her late husband John taking many a train trip around the UK including a trip to Scotland on the famous ‘Flying Scotsman’ but one of her favourites being that of taking a trip to ‘Lands’ End’. He leaves his wife Janet, children, Katrina and Paul, grandsons Aaron, Zayn and Mylo, brothers and sisters in-law, cousins and many nieces and nephews.He was an active member of St James’ Haslingden, enjoying camping trips to the Isle of Man with the Church Lad’s Brigade, and playing in the football team.
