PSNI Detective Sergeant Neil Harrison from the Collision Investigation Unit said: “John Stewart Moore, from the North Belfast area, was struck by a vehicle on the Antrim Road at around 7.00am and sadly died at the scene. “We are appealing for information and witnesses. It's difficult to believe people were filming this. Can you imagine how they would feel if this were their loved ones & someone quickly got their phone & recorded it? Also, shame on the Spar staff members who shared the CCTV footage. People who have no shame or respect are sick.
