If children are using mobile phones inappropriately in class they deserve to have them confiscated. A lot of bullying goes on at schools, mobile phones make it easier for the bullies, putting stuff all over social media

Is this even legal? The parents paid for the mobile phones, pay for the credit on them, pay for most of the accessories and WiFi it uses yet they're being charged to have it returned by someone who hasn't paid a penny towards the cost of it.

Just ban all mobiles in schools

And the judge cited in the parents favor And Stated that those guilty of the confiscation will pay the fines and that all of the parents are due some form of financial rewards because of the difficulty in retrieving what is rightfully theirs. Now that's Justice.

As the parents purchase and pay the bills, asking them to pay for it's return is probably illegal.
