And? They expecting us to pay for them?

Seems counterproductive 4 universities 2 have tuition so high that most can't afford it. Wouldn't it B better 2 lower tuition so that more could attend? Why does higher edu necessitate higher fees? Same books & supplies as others, how exactly do universities justify high tuition?
