The insightful, life-affirming documentary begins with Paddy andrecalling their first ever scan, discovering that there were two heartbeats, rather than one, showing on the Ultrasound.

It is, of course, a deeply personal film. Paddy, 48, and Christine, 33, have three children, each of whom has been diagnosed with autism: eight-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and five-year-old Felicity. Christine also revealed she, too, has been diagnosed with the disorder more recently. Celebrity documentaries can sometimes feel constructed and unnatural, but it never feels less than genuine. There is no PR machine whirring away, or brand-building going on, it seems. The emotion and humanity on display is clear, and they’re honest about the exhaustion they’ve experienced as they try to come to terms with their childrens’ behaviour.
