A late goal from Pablo Hernández gave Leeds a 1-0 win at Swansea that leaves them needing just four points to clinch promotion from the Championship

Pablo Hernández moved Leeds closer to the Premier League as his late strike against his former club Swansea gave United a 1-0 victory at the Liberty Stadium, moving them three points clear of second-placed West Brom and, more important, six ahead of in-form Brentford in third.
