So, under disaster capitalism employers have the power to hire-and-fire at whim with 0 consequences, but employees cannot resign without consequences? What a just system 🙄
Where there is demand you are forced to stay in modern slavery if you found your job to pressure to cope with, if there is a boom in some sort of a city its some how is mistaken for a country. Cheap labour well atleast there are getting paid more then there native country right?
If employers did not have these charges in writing, when employees were hired, I think a lawsuit will unfold. Why? It is NOT the job they agreed to.
This is Middle Eastern management tactics. 'We put food on your families table...you should be grateful you have a job' etc

They are probably totally burnt do you work when you are exhausted mentally and physically.Train more asap and accept foreign nurses as long they pass language exams.I nvest in nurses.Should have been done years ago!
