The Scottish star of smash hit Outlander, Sam Heughan, has opened about his personal life in a new book.
In the video, which showed off the beautiful Scottish landscape and rolling hills, he explained: " The walk gave me time to reflect on my own personal journey and I wrote a book about the experience." "It was an experience of meeting my dad when he was close to dying and it was very personal for me. But the book is quite cathartic, maybe it’s putting some things to rest."
