Oscars presenter Jonathan Ross managed to lose a stone in just four weeks by sticking to a tough diet.
He said: "I've been living off liquid food as I wanted to lose weight.", reports the Express. He continued: "Now I just get up and have my chocolate milkshake it's easier. This wasn't the first time Jonathan has tried a diet to manage his weight. Back in 2015, the father-of-three shared how he followed a Keto diet plan.
"There is a lot of work involved so I watch them working quite hard in the kitchen and eat everything they’ve made.
