Oleksandr Usyk has snubbed Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua when naming the biggest puncher he has faced in his career. The Ukrainian produced a scintillating performance to win via split decision and add the WBC world heavyweight strap to his collection. But despite Fury being Usyk's most difficult test, he believes the toughest puncher he has come up against was in just his second heavyweight contest.
Usyk took on Derek Chisora and though he won comfortably to claim the WBO Inter-Continental heavyweight belt, he felt 'Del Boy's power'.on the 3 Knockdown Rule podcast, Usyk said: "Toughest fight - yes. "Biggest punch - no. Because Derek Chisora, very tough guy. on the gloves and I said, 'Oh my God.' Like a baseball bat.
But he is already planning to head back to cruiserweight, his usual division, as he does not enjoy the demands placed on his body."I think maybe after the rematch, I am going to go down in weight to cruiserweight. I want more cruiserweight," Usyk added, explaining his next moves."Maybe I can be undisputed for a second time in the cruiserweight division, it's my plan. When I start to prepare for my training camp , I have to eat all the time.
