THIS is the shocking moment a group of "thieves" ripped a man's clothes off before robbing his cellphone, pants, underwear and shoes in NYC, reports say.Police Department is hoping to identity the group of 12 men and women who assaulted the 26-year-old victim in broad daylight on Friday in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
