Nottingham City Council tax hike would 'hit a lot of people'

Plans to increase council tax by five per cent in Nottingham would 'hit a lot of people', local residents have said. of more than £30 million.

With inflation close to 11%, this 'hike' is a real-time price drop. Turn the lights and heating off in schools and libraries? Switch off street lighting? Run bin lorries on fresh air? The real price hikes are thanks to the inaction of the government.

Make some cuts. Stopping the Green vanity projects would be a start.
