Well done!

Northamptonshire bowlers Jamie Walker, Craig Bowler, and Kieran Rollings brought more medal glory to the county yesterday after winning silver and bronze at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Walker won silver in the men's pairs whilst para athlete Bowler took home bronze in the B6-B8 men’s pairs.

“Jarrad played some big bowls and got some maximum results. Fair play to the boys, we knew if we kept doing what we’re doing, a few minor changes got us back into the game and then at the end, [it was] a few inches here or there.” In the para bowls, Craig Bowler, 43, from Olney, and his partner Kieran Rollings, 22, from Kettering, won their bronze medal match yesterday at Victoria Park. The pair lost their semi-final match against Scottish pair Garry Brown and Kevin Wallace on Monday, August 1.
