I disagree with Lando. They lost fourth position because of Ricciardo’s poor (very poor) pace and Alonso’s reliability problems.
Either way, 5th place for a top team is not good reading meaning Mclaren are many decades away from the promised land and all this came about due to AMG pulling out as a partner which AMG engines McLaren had to go back to. As uncle Ron famously said, you can't win as a customer
