One in seven bookings failing to show up at restaurantsA report looking into the issue of no-shows says the hospitality sector loses £17bn a year from it. We’ve become a selfish society where people hold almost zero accountability for their own actions and barely think about others. Honour and respect for others has been replaced by moral crusaders and bandwagoner’s happy to speak up for any cause which covers their vacuousness. Given the places have been open for best part of a year, haven't they realised in that time that people's attitudes have changed? The report states the sector loses 17bill a year.
