Nintendo Switch 2 could still launch this year claim manufacturing sources

Is a 2024 launch still possible? After various reports claimed Nintendo’s next console had been delayed to March 2025, it seems a 2024 launch hasn’t been entirely written off. There’s been a wave of alleged leaks around Nintendo’s successor to the Switch over the past week, indicating details about the console have made their way to manufacturers and component suppliers. A report last week, citing manufacturing sources, claimed the so-called Switch 2 will have magnetic Joy-Cons.

Samsung will also apparently provide NAND storage solutions for both the console’s cartridges and internal memory, along with the display screen in handheld mode.
