Hard to see how she is stepping up something she has never stopped doing. She is a Scots Nat. Independence is her raison d'etre.

NicolaSturgeon does not have the authority to hold another referendum & the courts will reject if she attempted & her eu has NO bearing!! But hell since thesnp have been in power, they have rightly messed up & nothing to do with Westminster, just them!!
