A man who says two men acting suspiciously the day before Nicola Bulley disappeared says cops took nine days to phone himhe saw one of the men in the vicinity of the mum-of-two's route on the morning she vanished.man, who does not want to be named, claims it took cops more than a week to get back to him and take a statement.
He told The Sun he had to follow up with them twice and was "frustrated" as he was worried the information was no longer as fresh in his mind. The witness recalled how he didn't hear Nicola was missing until January 29 - two days after she vanished.
