A Co Down woman has opened up about helping people with their mental health and how to grow a healthy mindset by living a life unfiltered.
"I decided that I wanted to paint a picture of what real actually is and not just post the sugar-coated glossy moments." "That made me feel better in myself about what I was going through and it was also helping other people. I was seeing a lot of people online and their glossy posts and it's not that anybody intends to make people feel less about themselves.
