A South Belfast man says that he has turned his life around and built a new sense of confidence through fitness and training, and is now working to help others do the same.
"After this I started to focus on bettering myself physically through the gym, and mentally through therapy, this then developed a strong exterior which in turn built a bulletproof interior."After leading a life of cheap dopamine hits, drink, drugs and womanising, which at the time I thought was ‘the good life’ I now use my social media platforms to change people's mindsets.
Emmet said: “I’ve always been a grafter, when I was in Australia, Covid hit and I found myself back home, skint and in my ma's box room; so I borrowed my da's car to do Chinese deliveries, and used my social media to promote the Chinese. Social media has proven to be a big asset for Emmet, with over 80,000 followers across all platforms. He uses it in order to promote his message of positivity and how fitness and personal health can change your life.
"I get messages daily from men and women saying that I have either saved their life, changed their life or just made their day better. Every one of those messages means the world to me.
