The woman has sued a hospital for age discrimination.

Eileen Jolly has successfully sued the Royal Berkshire Hospital for age discrimination after she was sacked

Bosses had made comments about her ‘old secretarial ways’ while one colleague feared he would find her dead, an employment tribunal in Reading heard. The widow, who has a heart condition and walks with the aid of a stick, was particularly hurt that one colleague was quoted as saying: ‘It was always a concern that you could walk in and find Eileen dead on the floor.’

Just retire, it’s not their fault you don’t have a life

At least she is is still willing to work. Some lazy buggers out there.

Can’t do the job so

Hmmmmmm....well I am not sure if that is age? Thoughts? I am not sure

Good for her she should have been treated fairly & offered training

Well if it is a requirement then the hospital should provide training.
