An employment tribunal rules in favour of a staff member who says bosses treated her unfavourably.

A woman who raised concerns about the safety of children at an NHS gender clinic has been awarded £20,000 in an employment tribunal case.

It added that it was considering the ruling carefully, saying: "It would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage." As the child safeguarding lead at the trust, Ms Appleby's job meant protecting children at risk from maltreatment, and stopping impairment of children's health or development. It heard evidence that after this, instead of addressing the concerns, the trust management attempted to prevent her from carrying out her safeguarding role in what Ms Appleby described as a "full-blown organisational assault".

Well done that woman. Anyone pushing children to be transgender just to justify their organisation's existence should be jailed

It will become q condition for any job employment eventually The Conservatives are not a political party. We're dealing with the pharmaceutical industry. They've captured parliament. Paid off key players. It's criminally insane to insist people medicate beyond their own medical need or lose their careers. And for a burnt out virus, too! So, then you know that half NHS staff will refuse thus the NHS will collapse just as you want it to. So that you can press ahead with privatisation! 🤬
